Is Snaptek free?
Yes! Snaptek is free to download and use. The free plan includes unlimited notes, workout tracking, recipe saving, expense tracking, medication reminders, collections, and social bookmarks. Snaptek Pro unlocks additional features like AI Note Assistant, iCloud Sync, note translation, Apple Health Sync, performance charts, and custom themes.
How much does Snaptek Pro cost?
There are three paid plans, the same ones shown on the pricing page: Pro AI Quarterly at $14.99 every 3 months, Pro AI Yearly at $39.99 a year, and Lifetime AI at $49.99 as a one-time purchase — the best value if you would rather not renew. The free plan stays free forever. Prices are shown in USD; the App Store charges in your local currency and handles purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
How does the AI Note Assistant work?
The AI Note Assistant uses Apple Intelligence to process your notes entirely on-device. It offers eight actions: Improve Writing, Summarize, Make Shorter, Make Clearer, Generate Title, Turn into Checklist, Fix Grammar, and Help Me Write. Your notes never leave your device for AI processing — everything happens locally, ensuring complete privacy.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Your data is stored locally on your device. AI processing runs 100% on-device. If you enable iCloud Sync (Pro), your data syncs through your private iCloud account — we never have access to it. What are Social Bookmarks?
Social Bookmarks let you save posts from Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, or any web link. Just share the link to Snaptek, and it automatically fetches the title, caption, source, and preview — saving it as a clean, searchable card. Each platform gets its own collection so you can find everything easily.
Does Snaptek sync across devices?
Yes, with Snaptek Pro. iCloud Smart Sync uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across iPhone and iPad. It supports live status, conflict resolution, and keeps everything within your private iCloud — your data never touches our servers.
What languages does Snaptek support?
The Snaptek interface is available in English, Traditional Chinese, and Arabic. With Snaptek Pro, the Note Translation feature supports 20+ languages for translating your notes, all processed on-device.
Does Snaptek work with Apple Health?
Yes! With Snaptek Pro, you can enable Apple Health Sync to automatically sync workout data including heart rate, active calories burned, step count, and distance walked/ran. This is an opt-in feature that you can enable in Settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel a Pro AI Quarterly or Pro AI Yearly plan at any time through your Apple ID settings: go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Snaptek Pro > Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime AI is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to renew.
